This three-minute dance workout, set to the catchy Post Malone song "Circles," has "cardio finisher" written all over it. The routine might be quick, but the burn it ignites in your muscles and your lungs is slow in the best way. Created by YouTuber and choreographer Mylee Dance, this choreography has you dipping low into squats, doing quick lunge-runs, and holding lots of poses through your core. And it follows the beat, going fast to slow to fast again like a mini HIIT cardio workout. You'll need to run through the dance a few times to get every move down, but that's the point — the more you do it, the more of a workout you'll get!
