This Cardio and Ab Workout From Kayla Itsines Can Be Done in Your Living Room

If you've ever used Instagram, you've probably heard of or seen Australian trainer Kayla Itsines at some point. She created the popular workout program BBG, and her profile is chock-full of useful workouts you can do either at the gym or at home. Kayla is back yet again with another fat-burning workout that will chisel your abs and rev up your heart rate. And if you're new to exercising in general, don't worry — this is suitable for beginners!

The workout is pretty simple, and it can be modified to fit anyone's fitness level. "You do 6-10 different AB moves for 20 reps with 50 skips in between all of the moves!!" Kayla wrote in her Instagram post. As for the 50 skips in between each ab move, you don't have to do the complicated stuff Kayla is doing in the video. You can just do 50 regular jump-rope skips. Hell, you could even forget the jump rope altogether and just jump in place 50 times!

"The BEST ABS and cardio workout. I do this all the time and I LOVE IT!" Kayla gushed. The best part about this workout is that you can do it in the comfort of your own home. Sure, you could definitely do this at the gym, but on those days when you just don't feel like fighting the crowds, this is the perfect session to do in your living room.
