Summer Walker has had one of the biggest breaks of 2019, so with a debut album and a nearly sold-out national tour under her belt, it was only a matter of time before she brought her talents to NPR's Tiny Desk Concert series. In a new video, which was recorded back in August, the 23-year-old is joined by her band and back-up singers to perform songs from her new album, Over It, and last year's EP Last Day of Summer.
Walker kicked off the video with "Session 32" and followed that up with her breakout hit, "Girls Need Love," and "Playing Games." All three performances sounded nearly identical to the original recordings, in case you needed a casual reminder of why her vocals have captured the attention of so many.
