Following the record-breaking release of Avengers: Endgame, Zoe Saldana is paying tribute to fellow Marvel Cinematic Universe star Chris Evans. On Saturday, the 40-year-old actress posted a sweet throwback picture of her smiling while balancing her entire body on Chris's back — perhaps a sign that they would eventually portray superheroes because that requires some serious strength and stability. The playful snapshot was taken nearly a decade ago when they were filming 2010's The Losers.
"Flashback to Chris Evans and I goofing around while shooting The Losers years ago," Zoe captioned the post. "Time flies and if anyone would've told us then about The Marvel Universe, we would've laughed and brushed it off. We were already grateful to be working and doing what we loved by telling stories. Love you Chris!"
Chris, 37, was officially inaugurated into the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2011 as the star of Captain America: The First Avenger. Zoe — who has noticeably worked with every insanely attractive Hollywood actor named Chris — made her Marvel debut as Gamora in 2014's Guardians of the Galaxy. Four years later, the two reunited on screen for Avengers: Infinity War. It's nice to see their friendship is still going as strong as Chris's lower back and Zoe's balancing skills!
