Jamie Lynn Spears's daughter, Maddie Aldridge, was feeling the love this Valentine's Day. After getting released from the hospital last week following her ATV accident, the 8-year-old returned to school on Tuesday to hand out treats to her classmates. "Maddie isn't quite ready to return to school, but her doctors did clear her to bring in her Valentine's Day treats to her class today," Jamie wrote alongside a sweet picture of her daughter holding up candy. "It made her so happy to see her friends, and be able to give them such cute treats. It was a great moment for us after everything that has happened. We are so thankful to celebrate Valentine's Day with the ones we love, and we don't take a second of it for granted ❤️Happy Valentine's Day❤️"
Her little girl was in serious condition earlier this month when her Polaris off-road vehicle flipped over in a nearby pond. While Jamie and her husband, Jamie Watson, attempted to get her out, she was trapped and secured by her seatbelt, causing her to be submerged under water for "several minutes." In the past few weeks, many of her family members have commented on her condition, including Jamie's sister Britney Spears, who asked fans for "all the wishes and prayers" for her niece. We're glad that Maddie is feeling better!
